Tammy is a co-founder of Whole Being Health Collective and a Medicare rebateable mental health social worker (AMHSW) with over a decade of experience in individual and relationship counselling and supervision.
Tammy is passionate about supporting people in a way that is curious, caring and driven by the client to support people to be more able to lean into their strengths and better understand and work with their challenges. Tammy supports individuals, couples and groups by; facilitating awareness of central patterns in how people engage with all aspects of their life, understanding where and why the patterns seeded and then begin to positively engage and shift them in directions that align with their life purpose. Tammy uses a vast repertoire of tools and is informed by many schools of thought and practice. Her work leans into and uses; somatic counselling, psychoeducation, values based and strength based work, and a deep love and continued learning of process oriented psychology. This all supports and guides her expertise in working with trauma, relationships and life purpose. |
