Bronwyn Sherar

My name is Bronwyn (she/her).

I am an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker (AMHSW) who is passionate about supporting people to come into greater awareness of themselves and lead a more fulfilling life.

I have over 10 years experience in mental health and counselling with organisations such as Mind Australia, Headspace, Canteen and La Trobe University.

I work from an integrated, curious and person-centred lens, following your own unique process and needs to guide you toward your desired outcomes.

I provide counselling for: anxiety, depression, relationship challenges/enhancement, grief & loss, life transitions and post-trauma recovery.

Beyond my AMHSW credentials I draw on further training in somatic-based work, attachment and developmental approaches, process-oriented psychology, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) and narrative therapy. 
 We are passionate about providing support to all sexual orientations, gender identities, relationship styles and cultural backgrounds.
We acknowledge the Wurundjeri people of the Kulin Nations as the traditional custodians of the land that we live and work on. 
We pay our respects to Aboriginal Elders - past, present and emerging. We acknowledge that this land was stolen and never ceded.
